Advanced Drawing
ages 10-14
6 classes, 9/27-11/1 Tuesdays
4:00-6:00 p.m.
In this focused class we will practice using our powers of observation. Students will create
drawings from direct observations using things like still life set-ups, sneakers, toys, photographs,
or models. Students will explore the use of a variety of materials, including colored pencils,
oil pastels, watercolors, and charcoal. This a great class for students who want to improve
their drawing skills. Lots of individual guidance. The cost for this course includes all materials,
and students are encouraged to bring their own sketchbook as well. Any size/style sketchbook will do!
Limited to 6 students. $148 (incl. all materials and snack)

Mimi Yogini teaches a dynamic yoga class. Stories are used to captivate the children. Yoga elements are incorporated into this creative process as they embark on imaginary journeys. Your children won't even know they are learning breath awareness, mind-body fitness and becoming aware of the self within. Your child will increase their ability to focus, gain self awareness and self-esteem, and increased body strength.
