Vendor Application Information

Welcome to ArcherWest Gallery.  We are thrilled to be representing such fantastic talent and are happy to consider new vendor consignments.  Due to the volume of vendor consignment requests it has become necessary to establish a protocol for vending opportunities.   If you are interested in showing your merchandise at ArcherWest Gallery the following application procedure is required.

Please, include at least two photos of your work and provide contact information for two references.

A $25.00 processing fee will be imposed.  This fee can be paid online (below) or by check mailed along with a copy of your contact information to:

Once your information and payment is received, you will be notified of your acceptance within 30 days of receipt.

Please note, upon acceptance, an appointment will be scheduled to discuss inventory and review procedures.  Inventory sheets supplied by ArcherWest will need to be completed and emailed back to ArcherWest.

All participating vendors must agree to a 35% sales commission structure.

Please include the following with your application:

Twenty numbered images (slides, photographs, or CD). Numbers on list should correspond to number on images. Digital prints acceptable as well as digital images in an online portfolio format (please include website address).  Please indicate the top right corner of each image.

Numbered List of works, corresponding to numbers on images.  Include date, title, medium, size and price (allow for 35% commission)
